A full-time performer, both in theme parks & onstage in the community, Josh cultivates his skills in the kitchen whenever he can squeeze in the time, specializing in baking, always looking craft delicious pies! He loves to try new cuisines as well as new twists on old favorites and cannot wait to introduce people to all kinds of new foods!

Favorite dish: Too hard to choose just one!

Jason’s love for food experiences started early! At the age of six, his parents introduced him to the concept of the "Sunday Brunch." That is where Jason promptly learned that licking the butter knife, and placing it back into the butter sculpture, was frowned upon. That minor misstep withstanding, Jason has leveraged his passion for gourmandizing and travel into a career pursuing food experiences around the world. Jason has supported various gourmet experiences such as the Jackson Family Wines Series, and the Canadian Beef Series for El Dorado Resorts in Mexico. Additionally, Jason had the honor of helping to launch the Annual Chili Pepper Festival in the Riviera Maya! Jason is thrilled to bring his unique, epicurean perspective to the Plant Street Food Tours team... and he promises not to lick the butter knife!

Favorite Food: Dry aged Wagyu Filet finished with black truffle butter, pan roasted sea salt and olive oil asparagus with a mushroom rissotto finished with lemon and thyme (though he's been known to drink his calories from time to time)
